Product Manager
For our Product Development department, we are looking for a new colleague. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and continuously guiding (new) products: you monitor the planning and progress of the product development process and ensure that both processes and timelines are consistently on track.
You coordinate, organise, and work continuously with deadlines, and you are able to create the conditions in which you can perform at your best. You report directly to our Creative Director.
Customer Support Specialist
For our Customer Support department, we are looking for a new colleague. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will work closely with the sales team on a wide range of (after) sales activities. Together with the sales team, you ensure that all our customers are satisfied and that their orders are delivered on time and in good order.
